What is and is not included in my quote? 

Your quote includes: The use of a Grand Rapids bus rental and a professional bus driver, full coverage insurance, fuel, mileage, and processing fees.

Your quote does NOT include: Parking, tolls, gratuity for your driver (not required, but recommended), and lodging for your driver (required for multi-day trips).

How much should I tip my charter bus driver?

Tipping is not required but is highly recommended as a way to thank your driver for a job well done. If you would like to leave a tip, a cash tip of 5-10% of your total trip cost is standard for the industry.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your Grand Rapids charter bus rental. The amount can vary, but it is typically about 10% of the cost of your rental and will be applied to your final balance. The remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to your trip.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel at least 72 hours before your trip date, we can refund the cost of your trip excluding the non-refundable deposit you put down upon booking. If you cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice, we will be unable to offer a refund of any kind.

Can I wrap the bus?

Of course! Many of our transportation partners allow you to wrap the bus for an additional fee. Just let us know if this is something you’re interested in when you call.

Can I drink alcohol on a charter bus?

Most of our providers are happy to allow drinking on board for passengers aged 21 and older. If you choose to drink aboard your bus rental, make sure to respect the vehicle and keep it clean, as you may be subjected to a cleaning fee if there’s a mess left behind.

I have a CDL, can I drive my bus?

No. For everyone’s safety and convenience, each bus rental includes the services of a thoroughly vetted charter bus driver, and they are the only ones permitted to drive our vehicles. Each driver in our network has a CDL with the coveted Passenger Endorsement, a clean background check, and a spotless motor vehicle history record, so you can trust them to keep you and your group safe.
